Personal Training in Barcelona

It's all about you. 

You're unique, just like your training should be. Whether you want to get your first push-up, improve your backbend, or balance a handstand, a full understanding of your flexibility and strength is essential. Training with me starts with a strength and mobility assessment along with a discussion about your motivation, goals and movement history. Whilst working towards your goals we will focus on the quality of your movement and increase bodyawareness, reducing risk of injury while improving your balance and coordination. 


1 x 60 mins session per week - €50*

2 x 60 mins session per week - €90 (€45 per session)*

Discounts available for training outside or in your own home

About Me

Why This - My obsession with learning what the body is capable of started young and has only grown with age. Basketball was my first love and having thrown my body around on the court as a kid representing England I have since explored a variety of disciplines including Triathlon, climbing, CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting. Despite these interests my real passion has been bodyweight based movement.


Desk Shaped Human - In my working life I have explored a number of fields including time as a Maths Teacher and as a Management Consultant. Despite success in these professions I always felt I was neglecting the physicality of my nature. Given my experience I am acutely aware of how difficult it is to make time for exercise with the competing priorities of work, social life and family.


Influences - My practice has been heavily influenced by a number of people and schools of thought including Andreo Spina (Functional Range Conditioning), Ido Portal, Tom Weksler, Emmet Louis and GymnasticsBodies.

Online Coaching

You are different. No one else lives with your unique set of circumstances, responses to stimuli and goals. Online coaching is our solution to help you get the most out of your training. A cookie cutter programme will not give you the optimal results or experience. For me, knowing that you are progressing and enjoying the program is hugely important and we stay in close contact to support your journey. Want to know more?
